U.S. Commerce Department Preliminarily Finds Deacero Group Sold Steel Bars Below Normal Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that Deacero Group, including Deacero S.A.P.I. de C.V. and Grupo Acerero S.A. de C.V., sold steel concrete reinforcing bars in the U.S. at prices below their normal value from November 1, 2020, to October 31, 2021, prompting a request for public comment.
