EPA Proposes Federal Implementation Plan for Oil and Gas Emissions on Indian Country Lands in Utah

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is releasing a plan to regulate emissions from oil and natural gas operations on Native American lands in Utah's Uintah and Ouray Reservation to improve air quality in the region.
