Coastwise Endorsement Eligibility Determination for a Foreign-Built Vessel: SWEET CHARIOT (Sail); Invitation for Public Comments

The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to issue a coastwise endorsement eligibility determination for a foreign-built vessel, the SWEET CHARIOT, which will carry up to 12 passengers for hire, and how this may impact U.S. vessel builders and businesses using U.S.-flag vessels.
