U.S. Continues Antidumping Duty on Russian Steel Products

The U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission have determined that revoking the antidumping duty order on hot-rolled flat-rolled carbon-quality steel products from Russia would likely lead to continued dumping and material injury to the U.S. steel industry, so the order will continue.
