FEMA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Change to Customer Satisfaction Survey

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is requesting public comments on a proposed change to its Public Assistance customer satisfaction survey, which aims to improve disaster assistance delivery to state, local, and tribal governments, as well as eligible non-profit organizations.
