U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Pacific Gas & Electric Company's Habitat Conservation Plan

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service plans to prepare an environmental impact statement for Pacific Gas & Electric Company's habitat conservation plan, which aims to minimize the impact of the company's operations on Federally listed species in California's North Coast, Central Coast, Sacramento Valley, Sierra, and Mojave regions.
