DHS Updates Regulations to Remove Obsolete Procedures for F, J, and M Nonimmigrants

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is updating its regulations to remove outdated information and technical errors related to F, J, and M nonimmigrant visas, following the implementation of the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS).
