EPA Proposes New System of Records for Physical Access Control

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing a new system of records, the Enterprise Physical Access Control System (ePACS), to collect and maintain employee and contractor information for physical access to EPA facilities, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
