NMFS Announces 2023 Cost Recovery Fee Percentages for Pacific Coast Groundfish Trawl Rationalization Program

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has released the 2023 cost recovery fee percentages and average mothership prices for the Pacific Coast Groundfish Trawl Rationalization Program, affecting the Shorebased Individual Fishing Quota (IFQ) Program, Catcher/Processor (C/P) Co-op Program, and MS Co-op Program.
