Notice of Availability of the Record of Decision for the Final Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement of the Department of Veterans Affairs Housing Loan Program

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has made available the Record of Decision (ROD) for the Final Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) of its Housing Loan Program (HLP), following a 30-day waiting period after the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) published the notice of the Final PEIS on July 15, 2022.
