US Fish and Wildlife Service Lists Georgia Pigtoe Mussel, Interrupted Rocksnail, and Rough Hornsnail as Endangered, Designates Critical Habitat

The US Fish and Wildlife Service has designated the Georgia pigtoe mussel, interrupted rocksnail, and rough hornsnail as endangered under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, and designated approximately 258 kilometers of stream and river channels as critical habitat in several states.
