DoD Seeks Public Input on Proposed Rule Update to DFARS for Validation of Asserted Restrictions on Technical Data and Computer Software

The Department of Defense (DoD) is seeking public input on a proposed rule update to the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) related to the validation of proprietary data restrictions, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012.
