Department of Defense Publishes Rule Exempting Records from Privacy Act Due to National Security Requirements

The Department of Defense (DoD) is publishing a direct final rule exempting portions of a new system of records from the Privacy Act of 1974 due to national security concerns, with the option to reconsider comments.
