Department of Defense Exempts Records from Privacy Act Due to National Security Requirements

The Department of Defense is publishing a rule exempting portions of the 'Defense Accountability and Assessment Records' system from the Privacy Act of 1974 due to national security concerns, and is seeking no public comments on the rule.
