Bureau of Industry and Security Amends Export Administration Regulations

The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has amended the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by removing 9 unverified individuals from the Unverified List (UVL) and adding them to the Entity List, primarily due to the inability to verify their bona fides in Russia, while also removing 27 verified individuals from the UVL in China and Pakistan.
