BOEM Announces Availability of Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Dominion Energy's Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind Project

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) has made available the draft environmental impact statement (DEIS) for Dominion Energy's proposed Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind Commercial Project (CVOW Project), which will inform BOEM's decision on whether to approve or disapprove the project.
