Determination of Royalty Rates and Terms for Making and Distributing Phonorecords (Phonorecords IV)

The Copyright Royalty Judges have published final regulations setting royalty rates and terms for physical phonorecords, permanent downloads, ringtones, and music bundles from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2027, for the statutory license of nondramatic musical works, as outlined in the Phonorecords IV regulations.
