National Marine Fisheries Service Extends Public Comment Period for Elliott State Research Forest Habitat Conservation Plan

The National Marine Fisheries Service is extending the public comment period for the proposed Elliott State Research Forest Habitat Conservation Plan until January 10, 2023, in response to a request from the Oregon Department of State Lands to authorize incidental take of three species under the National Environmental Policy Act.
