OSM to Renew Authority for Customer Surveys Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM) is renewing its authority to collect customer survey data to assess its performance in meeting annual goals, as mandated by the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA). This renewal is in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, previously approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) with clearance number 1029-0114.
