EPA Submits Information Collection Request for Phosphoric Acid Manufacturing and Phosphate Fertilizers Production Regulation Review

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an information collection request (ICR) for review and approval by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), which governs the use of paperwork and data collection. The ICR, EPA ICR Number 1790.10, is related to the regulation of phosphoric acid manufacturing and phosphate fertilizers production, and public comments are being requested until May 9, 2023.
