FMCSA Renewals Exemptions for Epilepsy and Seizure Disorders Drivers

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has decided to renew exemptions for 32 individuals to operate interstate commercial vehicles despite having a history of seizures and epilepsy, provided they are taking anti-seizure medication.
