FRA Announces Minimum Random Drug and Alcohol Testing Rates for 2023

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) has determined the minimum annual random drug and alcohol testing rates for employees performing covered service, maintenance-of-way employees, and mechanical employees for calendar year 2023.
