EPA Approves Texas Plan to Reduce Ozone Emissions in Dallas-Fort Worth Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a plan to supplement the Texas State Implementation Plan to meet the Reasonable Further Progress requirements for the Dallas-Fort Worth area, which failed to meet the 2008 ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard.
