U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Draft Permit for Kaheawa II Wind Energy Generation Facility

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has released a draft permit application for Kaheawa Wind Power II, LLC, to authorize the incidental take of endangered and threatened bird species during the construction and operation of the Kaheawa II Wind Energy Generation Facility on Maui, Hawaii.
