EPA Finalizes Amendments to NESHAP for Site Remediation Source Category

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized amendments to the national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants (NESHAP) for site remediation activities, removing exemptions for certain remedial actions and corrective actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
