EPA Approves California Air Pollution Control District Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the approval of revised rules regulating volatile organic compounds emissions from architectural coating operations in San Diego County and the San Joaquin Valley, as part of the California State Implementation Plan.
