North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources Division of Marine Fisheries Seeks Permit for Gill Net Fisheries

The North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources Division of Marine Fisheries has submitted a permit application to the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) for a 10-year permit to allow incidental take of endangered sea turtles and sturgeon in North Carolina's inshore waters, as part of its gill net fisheries operations.
