EPA Proposes Amendments to Clean Air Act Regulations for State Plans

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing changes to the rules governing how states develop and submit plans to reduce air pollution under the Clean Air Act, in response to a court ruling and in an effort to improve flexibility and engagement with stakeholders.
