Notice of Amendment to Public Health Service Act Declaration

The Secretary is extending the effective time period of the Republished Declaration, as amended, by amending the Declaration issued in the Federal Register on October 1, 2008, and as amended and republished on January 1, 2016, pursuant to section 319F-3 of the Public Health Service Act.
