The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) proposes changes to Medicare regulations to address issues such as Star Ratings, medication therapy management, and prior authorization, as well as codify existing guidance on health equity and overpayment identification, in an effort to improve the Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Benefit programs.
