FMCSA Seeks Renewal of Information Collection Request for Designation of Agents, Motor Carriers, Brokers and Freight Forwarders

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is requesting the renewal of an approved information collection request to designate agents, motor carriers, brokers, and freight forwarders, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and invites public comment on the proposal.
