EPA Submits ICR for Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration Units to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an information collection request (ICR) for NSPS for Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration (CISWI) Units to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. The ICR, which is currently set to expire on January 31, 2023, is seeking an additional 30-day public comment period.
