U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Antidumping Duties on Circular Welded Carbon-Quality Steel Pipe from Oman

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that steel pipe from Oman was sold at a lower price in the U.S. than its normal value during two periods, and is now seeking public comment on these findings.
