FMCSA Grants Exemption to Stevens Transport, Inc. for Commercial Driver's License Standards

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has approved Stevens Transport, Inc.'s application for an exemption from the requirement that commercial learner's permit holders be accompanied by a commercial driver's license holder in the front seat during behind-the-wheel training on public roads or highways, allowing CLP holders to drive a Stevens commercial motor vehicle accompanied by a CDL holder under certain conditions.
