Tribal Notice To Consult on Implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act

The Bureau of Reclamation is consulting with federally recognized Indian Tribes in 17 western states on the implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act, specifically as it pertains to tribal communities. The Bureau is publishing this notice to inform tribes of the upcoming consultation process.
