NMFS Publishes Standard Ex-Vessel Prices for North Pacific Observer Program

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has published standard ex-vessel prices for groundfish and halibut to calculate the observer fee under the North Pacific Observer Program, with invoices to be sent to processors and registered buyers by January 15, 2024, and fees due by February 15, 2024.
