EPA Extends Comment Period for NPDES Small MS4 Urbanized Area Clarification Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the comment period for the proposed rule, from January 3, 2023 to January 18, 2023, in response to a stakeholder request for an extension.
