U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Record of Decision for South Dakota Prairie Winds Project

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has released a record of decision for the final environmental impact statement on the South Dakota Prairie Winds Project, allowing the construction and operation of wind energy facilities on protected lands in South Dakota.
