Pipeline Safety: Request for Special Permit; Portland Natural Gas Transmission System

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is seeking public comments on a request from Portland Natural Gas Transmission System (PNGTS) to renew a special permit, which would allow the company to deviate from certain federal pipeline safety regulations and add two new pipeline segments to its existing permit.
