EPA Proposes Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) Program Changes for 2023-2025

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed new standards for the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) program for the years 2023 through 2025, including changes to cellulosic biofuel, biomass-based diesel, and advanced biofuel requirements, as well as modifications to the program's implementation and electricity generation regulations.
