NRC to Conduct Scoping Process for Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant License Renewal

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on its plan to prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS) for the license renewal of Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant, Unit 1, and has scheduled a public meeting in Minnesota.
