The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public input on the renewal of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval for the existing collection of information, 'Notices of Enforcement Discretion (NOEDs) for Operating Power Reactors and Gaseous Diffusion Plants (NRC Enforcement Policy).'
