The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has renewed Special Nuclear Materials (SNM) License No. SNM-2017, to Sensor Concepts & Applications, Inc. (SCA, the licensee) located in Glen Arm, Maryland. The renewed license authorizes SCA to continue to possess and use SNM for a period of 10 years and will expire on July 26, 2033.

Pursuant to section 189a.(2) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is publishing this regular biweekly notice. The location for the North Anna ESP site is in Louisa County, Virginia, and the current ESP-003 expires on November 27, 2027. This notice provides the public an opportunity to request a hearing and petition for leave to intervene with respect to the renewal application.
