U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Amends Spent Fuel Storage Regulations for NAC-MPC System

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is renewing the initial certificate and amendments 1-8 for the NAC Multi-Purpose Canister (NAC-MPC) System for 40 years, updating its conditions and technical specifications to address aging management activities related to the dry storage system.
