U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Proposes Renewal of Spent Fuel Storage Regulations for NAC-MPC System

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is proposing to renew the initial certificate and Amendment Nos. 1 through 8 of Certificate of Compliance No. 1025 for the NAC Multi-Purpose Canister (NAC-MPC) System for 40 years, updating the certificate's conditions and technical specifications to address aging management activities.
