U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Approves NAC International's MAGNASTOR Storage System

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has confirmed the effective date of October 16, 2023, for its direct final rule that amended spent fuel storage regulations, approving NAC International's MAGNASTOR Storage System with Amendment Nos. 11 and 12 and revisions to Amendment Nos. 0 through 9.
