NRC Approves Vistra Operations Company LLC and Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp. Application

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has approved the application filed by Vistra Operations Company LLC and Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp. to transfer facility operating licenses and amend related licenses, following the indirect acquisition of Energy Harbor Corp. and restructuring of Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
