NRC Requests Renewal of Occupational Dose Record Information Collection

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for renewal of its NRC Form 5, Occupational Dose Record for a Monitoring Period, which is used to track worker exposure to radiation.
