U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Issues Five-Year Prohibition to Former APS Employee Magnus Quitmeyer

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has issued an Order prohibiting Magnus Quitmeyer, a former employee of Arizona Public Services Company (APS), from participating in NRC-licensed activities for five years due to two positive marijuana test results during fitness-for-duty tests while employed by APS.
