Reopening of Public Comment Period for Northern Spotted Owl Recovery Plan

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is reopening the public comment period for the Draft Revised Recovery Plan for the Northern Spotted Owl (Strix occidentalis caurina), following the recent announcement of its availability for public review and comment. Previously submitted comments will not be accepted again.
